Jingdezhen onglaze decorated porcelain, famille rose, is one of four major Jingdezhen porcelain wares enjoying high reputation at home and abroad, also called "Rose Family Porcelain" in the west. The pattern is first drawn on the white glost fired body, filled with "glass white" pigment, then color painted with brushwork, and finally baked in a decorative firing kiln.
